Steel Rolls produced by roll forging method with 70Cr2 analysis are fully engineered and ready to be provided to dear customers in the mining industry during all stages of quality control. These products, the analysis of which is presented below, will first be rolled by closely monitoring the production process of alloy ingots to obtain the standard analysis of ingots with the highest quality and perform metallographic testing, and a 70Cr alloy round product with standard length will be obtained. Then, after UT tests and hardness analysis, the pollen enters the furnace for the forging process, and after producing the pellets, quenching in water, reheating, and tempering operations are performed so that the pellets with standard surface hardnesses of 58 to 64 HRC is obtained with an evolved martensitic structure. The dimensions of the bullets produced in this way from 25 mm to 100 mm with good surface quality, low failure rate and long life, high density and impact resistance, and low failure rate.
